Refund Policy

We want your pup to love their treats. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll send you a replacement or full refund—no questions asked. Just email us a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery and we'll take care of it.

  • Full refund or replacement at your choice
  • No need to return the damaged product
  • Photo required for our records

Wrong Item Shipped

Mistakes happen. If we sent you the wrong item, we'll ship the correct one right away at no extra cost. You can keep or donate the incorrect item—no need to return it.

Your Dog Won't Eat It

Every dog is different. If your pup turns their nose up at a treat, we offer a one-time replacement with a different product. We'd rather help you find something they love than lose you as a customer.

  • One replacement per customer
  • Must request within 30 days of delivery
  • We'll help you pick something new based on your dog's preferences

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about an order, we accept returns of unopened, sealed bags within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

What We Cannot Accept

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially used bags
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your request
  • Photos (if applicable)

We typically respond within 24 hours and resolve most issues within 2-3 business days.
